The visit
In February 2017, dresses were donated to the Boys & Girls Club of Bangor and the girls of the Bangor Housing Authority.
Girls chose their own dress, met mentors and speakers, and talked openly about confidence and self-worth — the part of the visit that lasts long after the dance is over.
